|Recommended: YesAlright — The ease of moving-in was simple and quick, however, upon moving in, we noticed a number of things wrong with our townhome ie. holes in ceilings, lights not working, washer broken, etc. . Doesn't seem like a walk-through was conducted at all before we moved in, or if it was, a thorough one wasn't conducted.
Amenities are good, and seem like their maintained properly.
I would recommend people live here, but barely.

|Recommended: YesBest experience ever — My husband and I recently moved into this complex. We came to view the unit we were interested in but at the time it was being turned around for a new tenant. When it was ready for viewing, the apartment employees let us know we could go take a look and helped us with everything we needed to apply and move in. They have been super awesome and helpful from the very beginning. Such awesome customer service, fast responses, and positive experiences thus far

|Recommended: NoDirty, old, run down. — Lease started on the 8th.
The unit was extremely dirty, out dated, had broken appliances. I returned keys within 20 minutes of accepting them. On the 11th, notified by management that major issues had been fixed. 3 days after lease started. Management offered 200 off next months rent. The condition of the unit they gave me and the one they showed me were astronomically different. I will not be moving my family in. Their lack of integrity, accountability and willingness to even negotiate demonstrates everything I need to know about this community. It will cost me around 9000 to terminate this lease. Money aside, my mission is that they do not do this to another military family. Wish I could upload photos in this review.

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — I highly recommend Seaglass Apartments Townhomes. It is a quiet, friendly, clean, and safe community. The floor plans are well designed and roomy. No wasted space and are very nicely finished. The staff and management teams go above and beyond to assist the residents with any needs and or concerns. Their customer service deserves more than FIVE Stars for sure. The maintenance team is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. They too go above and beyond to address the needs of the residents in a timely manner and also deserve more than FIVE Stars. I like the fact that the community complex feels safe and secure day and night. Even with renovations occurring to make the already beautiful resort like complex even more inviting, the staff do their best to ensure cleanliness and safety for the residents. I also like that Seaglass is a pet friendly community where they treat your pets as people too. That in itself means a lot to responsible pet owners.
