|Recommended: YesMaintenance Team Rocks — Just moved in over the weekend. Love how easy it is to move in and how quick maintenance was to get to our work orders in one day. Nick and Randy also got us a washer machine replacement ASAP. Can't thank them enough.

A good amount of the gym equipment Is broken.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Construction can be messy at times, and landscaping is generally done at the end to avoid any damages to the plants. Once construction is finished, our property will be filled with a variety of flowers at each unit! Our gym is inspected quarterly for any updates and repairs and should be up to date, but feel free to contact us here in the office if you have found anything we missed. Again, we appreciate you leaving a review, as we are always looking to improve.
|Recommended: YesSo far….excellent — Recently moved from out of state and are in the process of searching for a home. This place seemed like the perfect solution with young kids and a pet. I would’ve loved a yard but the townhome is spacious and the move in process has been the smoothest I’ve ever had I placed maintenance tickets and the team responded same day. The staff are also extremely helpful as I often have a lot of questions, so I appreciate the friendly assistance.

|Recommended: YesInitial Review — I haven’t been here long but the townhome I’m living in has nice appliances and flooring, nice light fixtures, granite countertops. The neighborhood is nice and cleanly and very little noise.
